Actually it got here yesterday. That's why no live risotto stream last night. But-- FUN! Tuesdays are now for risotto. So live streams every Tuesday & Thursday @6:15 ish pm EST.
Tonight I'm making some kind of pulled pork risotto. Think I can pull it off? Me too.
