I'm so spent from just trying to escape unexplained bills & charges that go along with automated everything. I had to write this in response to one of those ubiquitous "DoNotReply@email" emails:
"I haven't used RRH in years. I use MyChart. Not MyCare. I have zero liability to the charges ordered against me.
I can see how some might find it profitable to use cleverly-named healthcare groups to confuse their clients. Mentally dysfunctional clients like myself make an especially easy target.
Please remove any charges and/ or requests for payment levied against me from any and all credit agencies IMMEDIATELY.
Please don't make me call my lawyer. Although I could just handle this in small claims court again."
Any agency, state, public or private, can freely levy any debt against anyone without accountability under the guise of automation. By the time said agency accepts my proof of invalid charges, debts have already gone to collections. Policing your company isn't my job. It's yours.
So how do I automate the burden of proof?
